Favourites found this week

Here are some the best creative ideas we’ve found this week in the world of art, design and branding.

There are a few London Underground-themed happenings going on at the moment. We rather liked Stickers on the Central Line. Does that make it the coolest London Underground line? Or is it the Gingerline? (actually an Overground line but we’re splitting hairs really).

Some lovely ideas in this new ad for Talk Talk in the UK, created by CHI Partners, and directed by Adam Berg. Even toys need the internet.

Be careful of friending an illustrator or cartoonist on Facebook. I stumbled across artist Adam Ellis’ versions of his friend’s Facebook photos, and particularly liked the portrayal of the grandma:

The Pickmaster is a great little tool for making your own guitar picks, and also doubles up as a recycling tool for unwanted credit cards, loyalty cards or other skinny plastic things:

Gary Bryan’s photography uses great lighting techniques to bring these food architecture constructions to life. I’ll never see a pink wafer biscuit in the same way again. Found via Colossal.
