A peek into the world of sign making

As you may have noticed from previous blog posts, we do like a bit of lettering and signage here at DB. This week the 3D team had the pleasure of visiting sign manufacturer John Anthony Signs in Essex, who create beautifully crafted signage for famous brands such as Harrods, Louis Vuitton and Ferrari.

Inspired by God’s Own Junkyard

Chris Bracey, founder of God’s Own Junkyard, has been producing iconic neon art works from his studio in the back end of Walthamstow for more than 30 years, working with artists such as David LaChapelle and Martin Creed. After seeing his recent pop up shop in Soho, Rhian arranged to meet him at the ‘junkyard’ to find out more.
