This week has marked one of our favourite weeks in London: D&AD Festival, and we’ve been over at The Truman Brewery attending talks, getting hands-on with some new tech and workshops, and taking a look at the best creative work from the past year (check our Instagram Stories Highlights to see what we got up to).
Last night the festival closed with the annual D&AD Awards ceremony, and we’re delighted to say that we collected a shiny new D&AD pencil for a very special category: D&AD Design Agency — Client Collaboration of the Year 2019, a new award that celebrates brave and innovative collaborations between clients and agencies through a series of work that has achieved outstanding creative excellence and success over a number of years.
We’re incredibly proud of Team Fortnum’s and every single person that has worked on a F&M project over the years, and we would like to thank our amazing clients for going on this creative journey with us. Here’s a couple of examples of our collaborative work from the the last 5 and half years…
But that’s not all. Earlier in the week we were over at the FABulous Hurlingham Club in London on Wednesday for The FAB Awards ceremony, where we collected 5 Silver trophies: 2 for our brand world for new brain health supplement Neuriva (and the first award for the Design Bridge New York Studio), our Shanghai Studio’s 3rd award this year for Starbucks Mooncakes, the JDE Common Grounds identity created by our Amsterdam Studio, and for the latest London Studio project for Fortnum & Mason – County Biscuits.
And to top it all off, we also received 3 Finalist certificates at New York Festivals last week for our work across Tanqueray gins (House of Tanqueray), ‘Absorbed by Light’ for Amsterdam Light Festival (which you can read more about here), and for everyone’s favourite teatime treat – Fortnum & Mason County Biscuits!
A HUGE congratulations to everyone involved, it’s been quite a month.
