Design Bridge launches #IWD24 mentoring initiative for International Women’s Day 2021

At Design Bridge we support and raise women up every single day of the year. But on this day, we wanted to go one step further.

So for every hour of International Women’s Day, we are pledging a female mentor to give an hour of their time helping other women in the industry.

So whether it’s achieving your A-game in the day-to-day, making your portfolio shine or bossing the return to work after maternity, we’re here and ready to make things happen together.

How to book a mentor session

If you’d like to be matched up with a mentor for a 30-minute session, all you need to do is send an email to one of our participating Studios to get yourself on the list (see below).

Our mentors cover all aspects of the work we do and at every level – from Junior Designers at the beginning of their careers to our Chief Creative Officer, people working in our Client Servicing and Strategy teams plus one of our HR Directors – and each person has their own unique perspective and experiences to draw from.

To help us match you up with the right person, please include a short note about what you want to get out of your session.
