Design Bridge and Partners has announced the promotion of Alexandra Cerruti to Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China), and the appointment of Ben Gordon as Chief Growth Officer, Asia Pacific. These appointments strengthen the agency’s leadership team as it drives its next phase of regional development.

Cerruti, formerly Managing Director for Southeast Asia and India, steps into an expanded leadership role overseeing strategy and commercial operations across the region from the agency’s Singapore headquarters. She will focus on driving comprehensive growth strategies while nurturing client relationships and championing creative excellence throughout the studios.

Joining her is Ben Gordon, who previously led Superuion in Asia Pacific, has returned to take on a permanent leadership position at Design Bridge and Partners. The appointment follows the merger of Superunion and Design Bridge in 2022, bringing together two of WPP‘s leading brand agencies to create a global powerhouse in brand strategy and design.

In his newly created role as Chief Growth Office, he will chart expansion opportunities across the entire region, with emphasis on acquiring new global and regional clients and developing business in Hong Kong, China and Singapore.

“The Asia Pacific market continues to evolve at remarkable speed, with brands increasingly recognising the strategic value of branding,” shared Gordon. “I’m thrilled to join Alex in leading Design Bridge and Partners into this next chapter of growth and creative innovation.”

The leadership changes come as Mark Budden, Chairman of Asia Pacific, returns to the United Kingdom to take a sabbatical after 23 years in Asia. The appointments will ensure the agency continues to grow and strengthen its position in the APAC region.

“I’m honoured to step into this expanded role as Executive Vice President, overseeing our strategy and operations across Asia Pacific. Working alongside Ben and our talented regional teams, we’re perfectly positioned to drive comprehensive growth and deliver transformative brand experiences for our clients,” said Cerruti.

This leadership transition positions Design Bridge and Partners to respond to the evolving needs of Asia Pacific markets, where brands increasingly seek strategic solutions that balance global appeal with cultural relevance, a space where the agency has developed significant expertise over two decades in the region.
