Design Bridge and Partners appoints Rebekah Pagis as its first North American President
Design Bridge and Partners, WPP’s global brand design agency, has named Rebekah Pagis as its first-ever President of North America. Not only will Pagis represent the agency’s New York studio within its expanding global network, but she will drive growth across the North American market alongside the broader leadership team.
“Equal parts enthusiastic and engaging, Rebekah’s energy is exactly what we need as we head into 2025,” said John Morris, Global CEO, Design Bridge and Partners. “She has a wealth of experience in growing businesses stateside, and a distinct understanding of our industry, as well as the opportunities which exist for us to move people, and therefore move the world—making her a natural choice as our stateside president. Passionate about the power of creative solutions to solve business challenges and grow brands, Rebekah is inspired by the continual evolution of technology to create impact and engagement.”
She will work closely with the existing U.S. leadership team, including Josh Griffin, Managing Director, and her broader global counterparts.
“I was truly impressed by the team’s genuine passion for our clients’ businesses and their strategic creativity from the get-go,” said Pagis. “Their work demonstrates the exponential effect brand-led design thinking can have in growing brands. I am thrilled to step into this new role and lead North America, which is such a key market for our agency.”
Pagis most recently served as Chief Growth Office for WPP North America. Prior to joining WPP, she was Managing Director of MullenLowe U.S., where she spent over a decade; over her career she has led brand accounts for the likes of Google, National Geographic, American Greetings and E*TRADE. Pagis has led teams with more than a few Cannes Lions and Emmys to their name, as well as awards from the Art Directors Club, the Effies, the One Show and the ADDYs.
In addition to her agency work, Pagis is also a staunch disability advocate and educator dedicated to creating a future where all individuals thrive and where differences are honoured and celebrated. As a mum to a child with Williams syndrome, she also serves as Board Vice President and Development Committee Chair for the Williams Syndrome Association.
