Design Bridge and Partners strengthens leadership team to drive innovation, future-proof creativity, and foster a unified global creative network

Design Bridge and Partners announces three senior appointments to its leadership team. These appointments are part of the ongoing strategy to become indispensable partners to our clients around the world - growing their business by designing brands that move people.

Firstly, Nina Rahmatallah joins DBP, moving from the role of EVP of Client Experience at WPP, to the new EVP of Group Client Relationships. Nina has a clear mission to elevate the agency’s partnership with its top 25 clients globally. She brings 20+ years of experience cultivating excellent client relationships that produce industry leading and shaping work. With a background in strategy, brand building and leadership coaching, Nina will work closely with studio and client leaders across DBP to drive deeper integration, strengthen long-term relationships and ensure clients get the best of the agency’s capabilities.

At WPP Nina led efforts across the group to maximise client impact. She brings this passion to DBP and is committed to helping clients see around corners and navigate transformation with a strategic and creative mindset in this era of rapid evolution. Nina will report into the Group CEO, John Morris.

Matt Boffey moves into the position of Chief Strategy Officer, UK & Europe, where he will focus on unifying a people-centric strategy across the region, ensuring a more cohesive and collaborative approach across DBP’s studios. His role will be instrumental in aligning teams, fostering knowledge-sharing, and shaping a ‘One Strategy’ model that benefits both individual markets and the agency’s global client base.

Matt will continue to play a pivotal role in DBP’s London studio, supporting UK Managing Director Amy Golding in driving commercial and creative excellence.

Together, these appointments underscore DBP’s commitment to future-proofing relationships, embedding AI and technology into the agency’s DNA and reinforcing a culture of agility and transformation. As Frank, Nina and Matt step into their new roles, DBP is poised to enhance its client offerings, strengthen its global presence and push the boundaries of brand and business transformation.

Frank Nas steps into the role of Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). With a mandate to spearhead the evolution of DBP into a fully connected group model, Frank will focus on breaking down barriers, fostering collaborations between teams and embedding AI and technology into the agency’s operations. His mission is to facilitate teams working smarter and moving faster to maximise impact for clients while ensuring operational excellence across finance, talent and technology.

Frank has over two decades of experience with Design Bridge and Partners, most recently Executive Vice President Northern Europe, and has played a pivotal role in the studio’s evolution, facilitating the longevity of excellent service to its clients. In his new position, Frank will focus on reinvigorating agility, streamlining processes and helping teams navigate the rapidly shifting industry landscape , while also continuing to lead the Northern Europe Studios with a focus on commercial growth and strategic alignment. He will work out of the DBP studio in Amsterdam with a global remit and report into Group CEO, John Morris. I’ll also continue leading Northern Europe, focusing on commercial growth and strategic alignment.
